Gray and Gold Reinette is produced according to traditional methods, also used in the production of sparkling grape wines since time immemorial. Only freshly pressed juice from selected apples is used, without added water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
The cider is produced by slow fermentation lasting about 3 months. After bottling and capping, the cider is refermented in the bottle where it matures for about six months.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
This cider was awarded bronze medals at the 2017 and 2018 Royal Bath & West International Cider competitions.
Grey and Gold Reneta can be served as an aperitif and goes well with fish dishes and seafood.
Suggested serving temperature: 10° - 12°C.
