Central Waters: Raspberry Kringle Brewer's Reserve - 355 ml bottle

Imperial Stout with the addition of sweet, regional Kringle cake, aged with the addition of raspberries.

Kringle is a Danish butter cake, inspired by the European pretzel, the interior of which is filled with various additions of fruit or nuts, and the top layer is covered with sweet icing and almond flakes. In the US state of Wisconsin, this delicacy became so popular that in 2013 it was named "Wisconsin's Official Cake". Hailing from the same area, Central Waters took inspiration from the cake and brewed an Imperial Stout style beer that was infused with lots of raspberries and then aged in Bourbon casks.
