A mixed-fermentation beer made from blending 7/8 Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 a blend of one-year-old lambics that were aged for 8 months in oak barrels.  Unfiltered and unpasteurized.  The whole thing is refermented for 6 months in bottle (or barrel).

Another great selection of polish craft beers, mostly IPA's. All in great condition, very fresh. Order handling was made very transparent and parcel was sent very quickly. Price structure at Piwenemosty is always great too. I'm really enjoying their variety of different craft beers, especialle those from Poland.
